I'm an award-winning director, producer and editor of documentary film, digital video, and music projects. 
​
I studied film at the Park School of Communications at Ithaca College and cut my teeth as a reporter for the Gannett Company before moving on to serve as a producer, editor and writer for the independent film companies TELEDUCTION and Hearts and Minds Film from 2001-2015.

 

In 2010 I formed Dan Collins Media, as I partnered with longtime friend Marble Slinger to create the film Degenerate Art, and launched into my business

full time in 2015 to complete my directorial debut, the epic documentary film From War To Wisdom (due for release in 2016).
